My consulting approach is focused on cultivating learning experiences for professionals to understand the nature of systemic and structural inequities that contribute to disparities in organizational experiences and outcomes. My guiding principle is that all individuals have been socialized in a society where racism, homophobia, sexism, etc. are pervasive. Therefore, the goal of training is to develop proactive measures, practices and policies that minimize and disrupt oppressive systems and environments.

What People Are Saying
“The sessions created authentic discussion and they gave direct attention to issues resulting from race, power and privilege.”
— Elementary School Principal
“Dr. Jaggers is a fantastic facilitator. I'm only sorry we didn't have more time with him. His two presentations were clear and engaging. He invited and got some great conversations going, which is a testament to his skills as a facilitator because this was a large group that's not always very chatty--and it was on Zoom! He had a lot of hurdles to overcome with us, and he overcame them all.”
- Leadership and Planned Gift Officer
“Dr. Jaggers was able to share personal stories that connected to with real world equity/diversity content that related directly to business needs that we have as an organization. The use of inquiry to generate conversation was valuable.”
— School District Human Resources Director
Dametraus is an excellent facilitator. I have been to many, many DEI trainings in my career and he was by far the best facilitator I've seen. I look forward to using the examples, videos, and quotes he shared to do a better job myself at creating an inclusive work environment and also to do a better job at showing up as an ally/accompanier in my personal life.

“You did an amazing job. You were able to do something for all or most of us that no one has done ever before. You are equipping people with something to finally go off of in understanding the world around them. You are waking people up and causing us to all process something beyond ourselves.”
